Readers Wanted!

So, I released House of Massan on October 7th. Where do I go from here?

I'm torn. In a ridiculously fantasy-drenched world, my book would get released. Then, a few people would read it and have such a grand experience that they'd tell two friends. And they'd tell two friends, and so on and so on! It's like that old Shampoo commercial.

Reality: Can I find even a handful of readers to read it? And of those who do, will any leave a review or star rating? Finding readers is my top priority.

After some looking around, I see that many services typically want to charge $500+ to promote books. I have looked over their services and then followed up with a check to see how valuable these services have been to authors. Almost without exception, there is very little success with these. They paid through the nose for a few sales and maybe some reviews.

One thing I'm going to do is reduce the price of the book. That's the cheapest option to entice new readers.
